To share config settings you need to click "export to clipboard" under configuration tab.
For cloud scripts you need to find a invite or invite them yourself. to do that click top right on your profile and go to scripts. For local scripts go to this place on your pc: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\ot\scripts
