what settings do you suggest? and what rage settings?

I'll just give you my legit config for free, it's really good for my playstyle and I don't think it's that obvious. You should also try kitty's legit config.
On great information on how to make a good HvH config, I would suggest you go over to @Shifto 's thread about that
