Try buying through coinbase or just buy through a reseller, tho it is a little pricey but yeah. Maybe your card is expired or you don't have enough money on it so that's the reason it declines it?
Same problem. Card is prepaid with a lot over the required amount. Doesn't have a pin and I'm using the correct address and everything. Card worked on amazon and paypal, but stripe says fuck you. Please fix
1) Insufficient funds.
2) Stripe has blocked the payment due to a high risk of fraud.
3) Bank didn't authorize payment.
4) You didn't enter some details correctly.
5) You used a VPN while purchasing.
Fraud protection. If your payment details are considered to be of high risk nature it will be declined. Either that or your bank is blocking the payment and you can try giving them a call.
