turns out stripe dosent take visa for anyone having this problem, something about the 3d verification visa usess fucks with it!

ive tried a few diffent cards from differnt banks, and a credit card. i guess ill have to use a reseller

ive tried 2 different cars to go thru, and stripe always says " We are unable to authenticate your payment method. Please choose a different payment method and try again. " and i dont want to pay extra to get a reseller to buy it, what am i supposed to do????
