how is this cheat

i get atleast 60 fps on optiplex 9020 but there is LOTS of tearing and it makes jello like inputs if i enable vsync, i think onetap gives more fps by disabling laggy post-processing

is this feature in hack? i not saw it at all. i think my computer just suck and i hope that the staff at onetap do giveaway for new gamer pc so i can hacker v hacker! thank u
