the cheat has trouble touching people who use jitter. this has been known since even before public release i remember testing with llama.
this is something that should be a priority to fix but there are more thing's being worked on that at least 80% of users will be happy about soon.
just a reminder, if you're playing on a fake angles server w/ onetap you will just dump fake cause onetap does not have a fake angle resolver added *yet* that will support on fake angle servers.

Posting a video of a player holding a knife and missing holds no relevance, you can find identical videos on every other p2c forum consisting of the same thing, if you would like to even consider this a bug, try using safe point or safety target selection and experience this in a realistic (non setup scenario) and then maybe it will take up a little bit of interest
