Onetap suports Endless (Linux)

I’m using Acer Helios 300 to play and it came with Endless rather than Windows so I wanted to know if OT suports it.

Yea just install windows on it. OT only supports windows 10 like 1803 and up, just make sure it's updated and you'll be good.
