Open Steam, in the top-left corner, click Steam and then Exit. Start Steam again and go into your Library. On the left hand side you have a list of all your games, right-click on Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. Once the menu pops up, click on Properties. Navigate through the tabs until you fine Verify integrity of game cache. Once you found it, click it. Once it's done, exit Steam again as in second step. Restart your computer. Open Steam, refresh your game cache as you did in step six. Start your game and it should work. If you are facing issues please consider replying to this thread with an explanation of the issue that occurs.
